Alt\u0131nkale Madencilik Bayrami\u00e7 \u0130\u015fletmesi’nde alt\u0131n \u00fcretimi, a\u00e7\u0131k ocak madencili\u011finden dore k\u00fcl\u00e7e \u00fcretimine kadar uzanan \u00e7ok a\u015famal\u0131, entegre bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. T\u00fcm operasyonlar \u00e7evresel g\u00fcvenlik, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik ilkeleri do\u011frultusunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u0131rma-eleme tesisinde cevher, \u00e7eneli ve konik k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar kullan\u0131larak proses i\u00e7in uygun tane boyutuna indirilmekte, ard\u0131ndan \u00e7imento ilavesi yap\u0131larak aglomerasyon i\u015flemine tabi tutulmaktad\u0131r. Bu i\u015flem sayesinde cevherin ge\u00e7irgenli\u011fi art\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Y\u0131\u011f\u0131n li\u00e7 alan\u0131, s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kil tabakas\u0131 \u00fczerine HDPE jeomembran ve koruyucu overliner serilerek \u00e7evresel g\u00fcvenlik kriterlerine uygun \u015fekilde haz\u0131rlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Haz\u0131rlanan ge\u00e7irimsiz alan \u00fczerine aglomere edilmi\u015f cevher katmanlar halinde y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlanmakta ve damlat\u0131c\u0131 sistemler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kimyasal \u00e7\u00f6zelti kontroll\u00fc olarak uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Kimyasal \u00e7\u00f6zelti cevher i\u00e7erisinden s\u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcrken alt\u0131n ve g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6zerek y\u00fckl\u00fc sol\u00fcsyon (Pregnant Solution) olu\u015fturmakta, bu sol\u00fcsyon drenaj ve toplama sistemleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla proses havuzlar\u0131na iletilmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Proses havuzlar\u0131 b\u00f6lgesinde s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kil tabakas\u0131 \u00fczerine \u00e7ift katmanl\u0131 jeomembran sistemi kullan\u0131lmakta olup, toplanan y\u00fckl\u00fc sol\u00fcsyon ADR (Adsorpsiyon, Desorpsiyon ve Rejenerasyon) tesisine g\u00f6nderilmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. ADR tesisinde alt\u0131n ve g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f aktif karbon \u00fczerine adsorplanmakta, ard\u0131ndan desorpsiyon, elektroliz ve ergitme i\u015flemlerinden ge\u00e7irilerek dore k\u00fcl\u00e7e olarak \u00fcretilmektedir. Proses sonunda elde edilen y\u00fcks\u00fcz sol\u00fcsyon yeniden y\u0131\u011f\u0131n li\u00e7 sahas\u0131na g\u00f6nderilerek sistem kapal\u0131 devre olarak i\u015fletilmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Y\u0131\u011f\u0131n li\u00e7 sahas\u0131nda piezometreler, drenaj sistemleri ve y\u00fczey suyu y\u00f6netim yap\u0131lar\u0131 ile jeoteknik (Georadar, InSAR, GeoMOS) ve operasyonel takip ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir.
