{"id":175,"date":"2026-05-14T22:06:11","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T19:06:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.altinkale.anahtarcreative.com\/is-sagligi-ve-guvenligi-politikasi\/"},"modified":"2026-10-31T17:47:54","modified_gmt":"2026-10-31T14:47:54","slug":"is-sagligi-ve-guvenligi-politikasi","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.altinkalemadencilik.com.tr\/en\/is-sagligi-ve-guvenligi-politikasi\/","title":{"rendered":"Occupational Health And Safety Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alt\u0131nkale Madencilik, as a subsidiary of T\u00dcMAD Madencilik, recognizes its responsibility to provide and maintain a healthy and safe working environment throughout all stages of its mining activities, including exploration, project development, construction, operations, and closure.<\/p>\n<p>Within the scope of its Integrated Management Systems, our Company conducts its activities in line with its sustainability and continual improvement objectives, adopting the principle of full compliance with the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, the Safety Management System (SMS) under the Seveso Directive, and other applicable occupational health and safety standards.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, we are committed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring full compliance with national occupational health and safety legislation and all applicable legal requirements,<\/li>\n<li>Adopting internationally recognized good practices and standards, including the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, IFC Performance Standards, EBRD Environmental and Social Policies, and the International Cyanide Management Code (ICMC),<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing an effective Occupational Health and Safety Management System to ensure that occupational health and safety risks in the workplace are identified, minimized, and effectively managed, including risks arising from changes,<\/li>\n<li>Taking all necessary occupational health and safety measures to protect the physical and mental health, life, and property of all our employees and other persons who may be affected by our activities,<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing our occupational health and safety performance and pursuing the goal of zero occupational accidents by establishing systematically and proactively managed safe working practices and conditions that are continually improved and developed,<\/li>\n<li>Regularly reviewing the effectiveness of the system through established auditing, monitoring, measurement, and evaluation programs,<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all incidents, including near misses, are reported and investigated in order to identify root causes and ensure that necessary corrective actions are implemented,<\/li>\n<li>Identifying potential emergency scenarios;
