Our suppliers are expected to comply with this Policy and communicate its requirements to all their employees and throughout their own supply chains. This Policy has been established on the basis of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Conventions, the United Nations Global Compact, and applicable national laws.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Supply Chain that aims to minimize costs,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain that promotes competition among suppliers, including active competition where appropriate, creates transparent conditions, and respects free and fair competition,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain that supports supplier development and improvement and ensures traceability of supplier performance,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain that complies with ethical principles and provides transparent, traceable, reportable, sustainable, open, equal, and fair opportunities,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain that establishes supplier selection criteria addressing respect for human rights, conservation of natural resources, prevention of child labor, forced or compulsory labor, and anti-bribery practices, and makes compliance with these criteria mandatory for becoming an ALTINKALE-approved supplier,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain that takes into consideration quality and delivery performance, consistency, and price flexibility in supplier selection,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain that works with suppliers of goods and services that are specialized in their respective fields, commercially, financially, technically, and operationally reliable, and hold applicable international and\/or national certifications,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain integrated with technology and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled within the requested timeframe and in accordance with the required quantity and quality criteria,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain aligned with the Company\u2019s core values, strategic objectives, mission, and vision,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain that includes Contract Management in coordination with the Legal Department, ensuring full compliance with applicable national laws and regulations, respecting both the letter and spirit of the law, and safeguarding confidentiality,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain that prioritizes stakeholder participation and local procurement in the selection of suppliers of goods and services,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain that supports the Company\u2019s reputation for fair and equitable business practices, integrity, and transparency,<\/li>\n<li>A Supply Chain that places importance on Environmental Protection and Occupational Health and Safety, implements the relevant policies throughout its processes, and incorporates commitments to these requirements into its contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our Supply Chain Policy has been established on the basis of ALTINKALE\u2019s fundamental principles and policies relating to Business Ethics, Sustainability, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, and Information Security.
