Altınkale Mining will conduct its operations under the ISO 39001:2012 Road and Traffic Safety Management System to reduce the interrelated risks of all movements—particularly interactions between “pedestrians and vehicles” and between “light and heavy vehicles”—and to maintain efficient traffic flow at its mining sites.
Employees will receive safe driving and site-specific practical training tailored to the class of vehicle they operate, while stakeholders will receive traffic safety awareness training. In this context, a Road and Traffic Management Plan has been developed to effectively manage driver, vehicle, and road risks.
